    What happened? Description:
    User contacted me with an offer for my knife, letting me "pick" my desired skin. He then attempted to earn my trust with compliments and "confirmations" that he is legit and that he was waiting for me to complete my end of the deal, which would be to send him a blank offer with my skin so that an "autotrade" bot would get me my agreed upon skin. He also has multiple confirmed bans for this already and multiple banned friends confirmed on SR.​

    This user is already banned/tagged - there is nothing else we can do to them.
    They are infact doing the same thing they were already banned for.
    Should you come across a user like this again its best to report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
