    What happened? Description:
    He added me on steam, said he was on a alt account of a big romanian youtuber and wanted to buy cs go items from me with paysafecards. So I started asking questions about proof he was really on an alt etc. and why not via opskins etc.

    He couldn't really give answers to them and even said opskins was a scam.​

    Provide Evidence:
    We havn't really made a trade agreement at all since I knew it was a scame from the beginning. He did say though that he was an alt of a populair youtuber but he couldn't provide any proof of it, he wasn't even friends with the youtuber his real account (http://steamcommunity.com/id/maxsialtele).

    He wanted to trade with paysafe cards and refused to do it via opskins even saying it was a scam.

    What you provided doesn't prove anything - you need to do a better job at collecting evidence. Pay attention to the trail I add here showing who owns the YT account showing URL's and where they go.
