I sent offer on items (mw ak and fn m4) for my knife. As you can see items become unavailable and he ask to resent offer, when I check his inv I saw that he has other items (lower quality).

Ok so you sent the offer but your the one putting items in selecting them from his inventory..how is that a scam when YOU are putting the items in regardless of what is there or not? How do you know another item wasn't traded prior to? I'm just asking here as there is lots of reasonable doubt.

Okay. He added me and asking for trade. I sent him offer (you saw it by screenshot) where was 2 items (mw and fn). Then items become unavailable and he tell me, that he receive error and ask to resend offer. When he ask to resend - items in his inventory becomes lower quality (and price ofc). So, instead of items on 140 usd, items on 30 usd. Is not that a scam? Well, I spent my time to create this report, cause I want community to be better. I'm expirienced trader and I always look at items in offer/inv. However, new traders can not have SIH, so they will not see that items changed in inventory. This man already have Caution mark, but that was long time ago, but he still try to scam. So, he is definetely scammer and cause he continue to do such thing - he have success in it.

You did cover good screenshots so good job there. This report is inline with past instances so I'll agree that this was in fact a quickswitch attempt.
    Thanks for the effort.
