-wanted to buy my unusuals and my high tier (machina, festive) stranges; I didn't do it of course because I'm not naive. He has lots of good reputation on his profile, one guy saying that he bought 12 (!) buds from him. Funnily all this rep comes from guys that are from his location, have no more than a couple hundred hours and don't have buds or unusuls in their inventory.

-If you check his outpost you see that he owned at least one unusual before.
