    Accused profile: 76561198139322931

    Victim profile: 76561197985107402

    What happened? Description:
    That guy had a classified running on tf2outpost in which he was interested in buying TF2 keys. I added him and told him I was interested in selling 29 keys. I went first, sent him the keys, and after he had asked for my PayPal address, he just disappeared - deleted me from his friends list and then blocked me. Of course, never sent any payment too. Keep in mind that he also has a premium account at tf2outpost, so I think he should be marked as a scammer ASAP.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I've attached our conversation. There isn't much to it, he just disappeared right after I had paid. I could also attach a screenshot from my PayPal to show I haven't received any 50$ payment today, but I'm not sure it's necessary, as that chat clearly shows he just left right after I had paid. Let me know if that's necessary.​

    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History for last few days to present (NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for let’s say the last several days full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload here.

    proof4.png contains my PayPal activity. Last activity was on Oct 13 (i.e no payment had been made today). proof5.png contains my trade history. My cursor is located on the hyperlink of his username. The cursor itself cannot be seen, but the profile link can be seen at the bottom of the screen.

    Let me know if some more info is needed.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
