Rip skins

i very new to this site and trading in general, but i got offered to trade my knife for his knife. And he said stuff about my item could have been used in a dupe and I could get a ban. he told me to contact an admin, so i did and i got a hold of Bottswana ⇋HG-A⇌ and he in the end, i dont have anymore skins because they said that all my skins could be used in fraud-like activities. i would really like feedback on how to better my self and protect my self.
