Scammed for 10 rep guy LiNa name

I enter in the loungue searching radiance swords for alchemist, i see a guy with 10 rep and alot of people telling this guy its legal, i do what he put on the trade and he told he gonna trade me when he see if he have got the items, and he blocked me and go out with mi items without give me swords. I Put this 2 Gyazo screens with the guy and the conversation we had.

Please do something with this scammer

I really wish Valve would just stop this gifting s✿✿✿. It's overwhelming.

But i want to know if this guy will get a ban from the loungue for dont scam no one more or something
