I have been trying to remove this scammer mark for months, when I discovered it was 2 years ago I was a little bit shocked. I have created a post on mann co trading, and this is how they replied http://manncotrading.com/index.php/topic,3305.0.html

They are the ones that handle UTC/UHC tag appeals. If they have decided to deny your appeal due to a lack of evidence that your brother was scamming with your account, then there's nothing more you can really do at this point aside from provide that evidence. In that regard, I'm afraid I can't help you.
