Description -
My report was already taken into consideration and he was listed as a Scammer on sourceops. Since i got him banned from all the servers but he made a new account and transferred his items into a new one. He is an old trusted seller and was marked as a scammer. Now he made a new account.

As you can see he transferred his item from his old account to a new one. I want his new one to be marked as a scammer as well. He is currently trading my whoope cap on sourceops and on tf2tp.
