random dude did add me and asks me why I didnt pay for a hook dota2 ?!

I never talked to the guy before and I don't even play dota2 or trade any of these items,

I told him to check his trade history because he has the wrong guy,

then later he removed me from steam, and a few hours later he adds me again, and added this to his profile:

I did sold something before trough sourceop, and I guess that someone used my rep thread,
