hello guys,

i tried to appeal my ban on 2 threads already

also i tried to appeal my ban on this page : http://protest-ban.tf2trade.com
but i didnt get any response for over a week and when i try to open a new appeal i get an error message.

let me explain you what happened. i have only one guy on my friendlist who is marked as scammer. thats this santa maria guy. he lives in germany, essen city and his steamaccount is ____. some weeks ago he asked to do a trade for him. he said i should offer for him because the guy wouldnt do a trade with someone who is tagged as scammer. at the one hand i was naive to submit the offer for him, but at the other hand i didnt knew that it looks like i am santa. well as i said in my first thread i am not that good trader that knows every rules. i'm kind of new to this trading business. i just didnt know the rules and this steamrep-policy of steamtrading is new for me(dont trade with scammers, didnt know that fact). anyways, i just wanted to help santa to get his trade done. he sended me his offers and i just copy pasted it and forwarded it to the guy with the tyroleon. some days later i received a ban massage because to the admins it looks like i am santa maria so they banned my account to. i have this account for years and i never had any problems -.-

believe when i say i never scammed tricked or sharked someone!!! and i will gladly bring every proof for it that i can do. i just submitted an offer for this santa maria guy, nothin else.

i confronted santa maria with the fact that i am marked as scammer now and he was like i dont care they all suck -.- i did a screenshot of this, here is the link to it http://i.imgur.com/EaoSY.jpg

my account is older then santa marias account, we dont have the same ip adress, and the playing time of both accounts is rly high. one player alone never could reach this ammount of hours. mostly both accounts are online at the same time.

please help me i love my account and sometimes i like to chill on the unusual trade servers with my burnin tossle. for the future i know about the consequences and i will delete him from my friendslist.
