So, I'm trade banned now.

    I'm not proud of what I did - I scammed someone.
    I felt what I was doing was wrong right off the bat, but all I wanted was a shiny knife to play around with.
    And now I'm trade banned. I'm not sure if it's permanent (probably is) but I can't use the market for 1 month.
    Also, will I lose my whole CS:GO inventory? Because that seems kinda unfair, I bought everything else with my own money.
    Feel free to throw tomatoes or whatever at me, I don't mind.
    I'm a self-acknowledged idiot.

    Well I'd go to the kid and say sorry, but I don't have the balls, and it would look pathetic too.
    Can you ask Steam Support to transfer stuff if you're banned? I wanna atleast show him that I regret being a scrotum.

    We can't control anything to do with Valve Trade Bans, you need to send in a steam support ticket to get it removed and even then its typically a few weeks depending on the transgression.

    Well, that is exactly the point, to feel pathetic and have grown some balls ;)

    As for you CS:GO inventory, no idea, I didn't see any CS:GO inventory on you, but it shows the rest. So seems your inventory is currently non-existent. Normally only involved items are affected. Normally you have a legal right on the items you purchased, but terms and conditions may allow Valve to remove such if you break them.

    I contacted him and he seems to be happy that I apologized and everything.
    I sent a ticket to Valve in which I asked them if they can transfer my (currently non-existent) CS:GO inventory to him.
    Thanks for encouraging me, I wouldn't have had the balls to do this by myself.

    After talking to him for some time, I sent a ticket to Steam Support in which I asked them to transfer my (apparently deleted) CS:GO inventory.
    3 days, still no response. His ticket was answered immediately.

    the "normal" time to get attention is a week, once answered by suppor it gets higher in the chain, and will be answered within a day or some when you reply (if replying soon after).

    So, to sum it up, they avoided answering my request.
    And they even included this "As a consequence, we have removed any scammed items/gifts from your account. You will not get any lost items/gifts back.".
    They removed my WHOLE INVENTORY in CS:GO.
    Even the items I didn't obtain by scamming ( A knife) or trading the scammed item (all trades are shown in my Trades history) are gone. GONE. "You will not get any lost items/gifts back.".
    Did I get stuck with some lazy-:oops::oops::oops: or is removing entire inventories Valve's thing now?

    They should not take everything away. You scammed, and you were punished unfairly.

    I replied saying that the matter is not closed.
    I was punished unfairly.
    The guy even replied with bad grammar, is Valve hiring anyone nowadays?
