Someone Hacked My Account and Started Sending Malicious Links on a Website Called: TF2 Outpost. When I Noticed I was Banned From the Website, I was Marked as a SR Scammer on my Steam Rep on TF2 Backpack. I Would Like to know How I can Get my Account Back the way it was.

Please provide pictures of the whole Steam Support ticket.

This is the right place, but you need to show a Steam Support ticket in order for this appeal to go anywhere. Both Thomas and Blue have asked for it...

Are you running windows 7 or 8? Open the start menu and search for a program called the snipping tool.

Not to be rude, but are you opening paint or some other image editing program and pasting the captured image into it when you use the prtsc button?

This is useless you made that ticket yesterday, you didn't use steam support to get your account back when this happened?

This is the oldest steam rep appeal I have, I was on vacation and I really didn't use outpost around that time, really had no clue I was banned until I tried to get on outpost again.

Maybe hacking is an extreme word for what happened to Shmashing Zilla. From what I'm seeing, he had clicked on a hijack link which basically "borrowed" his rights to post and message on his behalf.
If this was a hack, his items would be all stolen. He claims to be on vacation during this time which you can see little activity during this occasion on his backpack.tf history. (http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198071829822?time=1363417200) and play with the timestamp to a week before and after., none of his items were stolen. And as a supporting idea to this, if this was a hack, his account would be emptied no matter how little or valuable his backpack is. This was also all prior to the creation of the steam trade offer (http://store.steampowered.com/news/113955) so there was no possible way to trade without signing into his account.
Besides, if this was just a typical phisher, wouldn't he just make another account to phish? Who would stick to an account to keep trading even though they are marked? Innocent people who know they are innocent do.

It had some unexplained issues, but I do believe he has his account back.
