    I get around 17 Freind requests a week from random CSGOLounge users that are saying they'll pay paypal. What should i do to prevent getting scammed?

    Don't sell to them. Check their SteamRep status. Exercise common sense.

    I always check them, but they link fake ones so i block communication but then there's someone with the same name to add me, it get's really annoying so.. What do i do?

    Don't advertise on csgo lounge then? You won't stop people from adding you if you are inviting it. You are asking such a broad question here that it's not different than you listing your phone # in the newspaper and wonder why people keep calling you.
