traded a game that was removed from library

so in a attempt to make a quick key i traded a game that was bought with i presume a stolen card, the guy says the game was removed from him and hes threating me, im new to trading and i want tips, i dont remember the name of the guy who i traded the game in first place, i dont want into trouble and if a face steam ban i rather pay what i traded for the game.

That guy can make a steam support ticket to get copies of the items he traded for the game back.
