'Unconfirmed Reports' not showing up.

    Using the json request 'http://steamrep.com/api/beta3/reputation/{{64id}}?json=1' unconfirmed reports do not appear. This is a pretty major problem as it doesn't report any issues to communities using the api. Knowing someone has been accused is pretty important as extra precautions need to be taken before trading.
