So it`s not MY account what is in scammer tag... I know him and it`s my friend BUT it`s not MY.

You said to Steamrep that it wasn't your alt but now you say it is. If I'm correct, lying in an appeal is an auto-deny.

Because it wasn`t i have alt account but in first ban it wasnt really mine ...

the wrong account was linked on his SR profile as being his alt, it has since been corrected.

You have to appeal with the account that was originally marked.
