    Good day,

    My info:
I would like to appeal, as 2 years has passed and I had no trading in these 2 years and do not plan to, but I don't like people thinking that I am a SCAMMER based on my tag and I would like to finally remove it.

The origin of my SCAMMER tag is: Late in May 2011 I have purchased about 21 Max heads in bulk from a SCAMMER kinda knowing that he is a SCAMMER and the reason of this that he was selling them cheap. So I bought them cheap and sold them a bit expensiver. And for this action in June 2011 I got SOP SCAMMER tag, and a bit later a UHC SCAMMER tag because I was registered on their forum.

As you can see by my amount of games, friends, steam lvl and other things this is my absolute main account and I do not use any other account at all (I actually had about 2 alts a long time ago but had never traded anything with them, their ids are: 76561197960271832 and 76561197960404546 - the second one has SR SCAMMER tag because I have talked with Diego using it. Any other "possible" alts are not mine, I don't make alts on everyday basis, I'm satisfied with my one and only account.).

I would like to mension that I have a public profile for at least a year, maybe almost 2. I do not do trade business at all, I had quit a long time ago when I was tagged as a SCAMMER. I do not want to do trading again, the reason why I would like my tag to be removed is because in my opinion I haven't done much harm (currently by the new rules a person could get a caution tag for doing this and I am not sure if there were any rules about this in my time), but I do agree that I have bought 21 Max Heads from a scammer and sold them in a higher price for profit, then after I had been tagged I stopped my trading business (no one would like to do any business with a tagged person).

Finally, the most important reason is that because of that silly action 2 years ago it's complicated to make good relationship with people who know at least something about trading and steamrep.com and before they start to know me good enough they think horrible stuff when they see my tag on steamrep.com (that I were stealing account, items and etc., which I have never done).

If you would like to chat with me, feel free to do so.

Hope you'll be kind. Have a good day.

I told myself, I want to become a clean man after all. I would not like to be in the "jail" for the whole lifetime for doing such a stupid thing.

I'm asking because you were previously denied. You just cant make new appeals, did you read your old appeal?

    I know that.

Even in jail when you are there permanently you may do some kind of an appeal every 20 years.
Do you mean that even in year 2030 I won't be able to appeal here? Even without trading or doing anything related for that long time? They put you in jail in the first place so you'll be able to understand what you did wrong and while being there you will tell yourself that you'll never commit the same crime again, or any other.

Honestly, I did not know that for not scamming I can get a SCAMMER tag, if I knew that beforehand I would never do such a thing knowing I can get what I've got now. And the funniest thing is that by the new rules a person who does that for the first time (the first time is really enough to quit it afterwards) may just get a one-time warning or a CAUTION tag.
My point here is that I would quit (and I did) doing such stuff or didn't even start doing that the first time I would new that will get me tagged on Steamrep.com, and when I got the tag I fully understood what I did wrong and never did it again (and don't think about doing such stuff again).
I think that I have fixed myself (not quite sure about the correct synonym of fixed for this situation) and I give you my word that I will never commit any crime again.
That is why I am asking for an appeal and I hope you'll understand it.

Your appeal does not fall under this case currently as per http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561197964823951-kira-sop-scammer.3152/ , your previous appeal

Additionally, in light of the UHC tag you received two days after your SOP scammer tag, you would be out of luck since http://manncotrading.com/index.php/topic,3443.0.html UHC tags are no longer appealable as per prior UTC policy

I am not the one handling your case, merely pointing out the facts here.

You will have to add me to discuss the circumstances of the re appeal before being allowed to make one.
