I have a tf2outpost trade there listing that I was selling Earbuds for 45$ and as you see in the comments he claimed he would accept it and follow through. He then added me and we talked as shown, we traded several times because he claimed "he could not click the I'm Ready button." I just shrugged it off, and like the stupid idiot I am I didnt save the trade window chats or have any screenshots. But he claimed he added the tag "Purchasing a TF2 virtual item, will not charge back under any circumstances"..then we followed through with the trade. I sent him the earbuds, he returned with nothing, claiming he sent it. He did not reply after I asked for the buds back (and as you see, he said he would return them if I never got the money). It's been a half-an-hour and I still haven't gotten my paypal. If you need me to provide a list of my paypal transactions and balance I will for further proof. He then tried to sell my earbuds to another victim, Lordless Warrrior. He added me after the trade to verify if the trade was legit and I was lucky enough to warn him so he didnt follow through with the trade. I would look to place this report under review, thank you.

Lordless is currently in the process of writing a message, he said that you may add him if you need further proof. A detail I left out..and honestly pretty smart now that I look at it, so if you dont believe me at this point I understand..

He gave me a dueling minigame saying that "Take it, I dont need it " in the first trade. I believe now that was to make the history look as if I traded the bud for a dueling minigame. But that's what happened, and as you see I didn't get the buds much earlier too

No1Brakes added me and seemed really fishy. He was wanting to sell earbuds for $36 when I could see on the history of the buds that he just bought them from Amatowarrior (who was selling for $45 on outpost). I added Amatowarrior to check that the buds were bought legitimately, in case it was bought for something other than a $45 cash trade. The conversion posted above is my conversation with No1Brakes. Mods feel free to add me or request more details if needed.
