There wasn't a victim fortunately, as this guy was a pretty obvious scammer.

Description:
The guy adds me, and is willing to buy all of my unusuals for cash. If the fact that he was willing to buy all my unusuals for a price I randomly threw out wasn't enough, the fact that he didn't even know what unusuals I had should be enough to warrant a scammer tag. He also was willing to pay my ridiculous "Sweden Fee" and my "Trust Fee" as long I went first. Later when I told him I would report him to steamrep, he said he didn't care as it as "just trading".

This guy scammed me maybe 3 hours ago, I was about to make a thread but I saw this. Look at picture. My pc shut down so I lost chat but you can see these items are in his inventory.

Make a Steam Support ticket right away

The Scam, provide as much evidence and info as you can, this guy already had 3 reports about him in 1 afternoon.

Account issues>Trading and Gifting>Steam Trading, that is as far as the Q&A goes, for your issue just click contact steam support, input the account credentials and create a ticket.
