Talk to your appeal admin - I guarantee you if you feel sorry for the guy and want to repay him his Max back, we will find a way to make that happen, being overseen your SR appeal admin. That probably will not have an effect on your appeal though.

2. HOw big idiot I should be, to give back max's head and still be tagged as scammer? I told, this is not my foult for this situaction, so i can give back this max's head when scammertag was delete.

The bottom line is that punchaz received a Max's Head and he knew his PayPal payment did not go through. Both the victim and punchaz agreed to wait 30 days for the money to return to the account and attempt to repay. However, punchaz removed and blocked the victim.

Sometime after that JJJJ communicated with punchaz and offered to remove the mark if the items were paid back. Punchaz refused. He probably never would have been marked if he just paid back when he took as there was a systematic failure.

Since there was a system that ran awry, but punchaz never followed up with his second payment and did not take the second chance to make things right when JJJJ spoke to him, I opted to downgrade the tag to just caution if the items were repaid.
