Why is it being sold so cheap on outpost?

It has yet to be released in my country (germany) and it costs 35.99€ or $47.5 there right now.

    It's $44.99 in america and £ 26.99 in the UK according to steamprices.com (http://www.steamprices.com/de/app/209120/street-fighter-x-tekken).

So why are they being sold for as low as 14 keys? A key can be bought for $1.5 so it translates into $21. It is a very new game so I doubt that there were any sells or discounts on it.

Can someone explain this to me? I would like to buy it and it makes me happy that it can be bought so cheap but I fear that there is a hitch.

I just noticed that the sellers were all russian and that it costs only $12 there. Can I purchase a russian gift copy without a problem? Will I be able to switch to another language or will it be russian? Am I risking the gift getting revoked?

    Possible risks:
    - Carded games (bought with stolen credit cards). Solution: buy only with steam items, never with paypal, and ONLY steam trade it. If it was carded, you get your items back from valve when you make a steam ticket regarding lost of your game. (duplicated most probably, yes)
    - CD Key to activate on steam: CD key being fake. No solution but refusing such trade.

so only way to get "even" in the end, is by having it steam traded, for items, never paypal.

So what are the risks if the games were bought legitimately? Like will I be able to change the language?

ehm, if you trade within steam, it will be the as if you bought it in your country I think.

You are able to change the language, as per any game from russia (except as stated on the storepage)

    See Above post.

That's not true. I frequently gift my german friends games that, if they had got these games in germany would be heavily cencored, aren't/

That's true, but I think the point is still the same. If you buy a game in X country, it will be the files from X country.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a word in russian that means "censored"

I don't believe so... I believe some people might have issues with getting games gifted from other countries.
