Help with Gifted items

I recently got an offer of a guy trading a HOUWAR and I thought it was a bit phishy when he got it out and it was level five (could be U/C but still) and it says "This item has limited uses. 0." If you're referring to the gift wrap that has 0 uses, then it should be just a glitch if I'm correct. The same thing has happened to keys recently (I think it had to do something with the recent update). The way the person scammed in the report you linked was with a completely different method (renaming items). Keep in mind that I'm not part of SR.

Whenever an item is giftwrapped it becomes level 5 until it is unwrapped. It's normal. You can wrap a level 100 item and it will still be listed as level 5 while in the gift wrap.

His HOUWAR is level 28, as is every other HOUWAR in the game.

Some are level 5, thay are uncrafteble, glitched ones, but thanks for your help guys!

There are uncraftable houwars but none of them are level 5. Stats.tf glitches and picks up ANYTHING inside a gift wrap as level 5. that's why if you check Haunted metal scraps or HHH axes it says there are unique level 5 ones. Level 5 HOUWARs don't exist.

Turns out the guy was a scammer, I'll post the proof here and if you could tell me if it's enough to report then that'd be great!

He asked me to add 8 crates (lol) and he clearly swapped out the gift for fists of steel, So I hope this is enough

You need proof of chat logs. An image isn't enough.
