Blackout | Zero currently has a private profile. He put this outpost trade up with 8 buds and comments saying he had 25 available to buy unusuals. All 8 of these buds now appear in Cillit Bang's backpack: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14587331. The history on other buds currently in Cillit Bang's backpack also show Blackout | Zero as the previous owner as confirmed by backpack.tf's history. Also, Cillit Bang's backpack history shows 33 new items. Among them are four craft #'d items which had previously belonged to Blackout | Zero. History of the trade can be seen here: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198075584386?time=1380006000 With a private profile, it's difficult to confirm that Cillit Bang's hats are in Zero's posession, but I think there's more then enough evidence here to indicate that Zero traded with a marked scammer for profit.
The image isn't showing up in my post, but the unusuals Zero received can be found here: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198075584386?time=1379833200
I take full responsibility for my actions. I was added by Cillit, who to my recollection was a well-standing member of the trading community (and was marked 3 months ago, which was not to my knowledge.) I liked what I saw in his items, and thought that either I'd quit trading and keep them or cash them out in a year or so. In any case, I figured out he was a scammer afterwards. I tried to add him to trade back and he ignored my request. As to making my inventory private, I actually set it to friends-only. Since I was done with trading ( I closed all my open trades, removed my "items for trade" slot on my profile, etc) I just wanted my good friends to keep tabs on what I had. Like I mentioned before, I take full responsibility. It was my job to check his status on SteamRep, and I did not. No need to keep this in Pending; go ahead and do what you must. I admit I traded with a marked scammer (not to my knowledge.) Thanks for your time, Zero

Oh, and I wanted to add: No hard feelings to you, sazed. You are just doing your duty as a member of the community and I appreciate that.
I'm not sure if this has any bearing on the present issue or not, but Cillit Bang has recently issued an appeal for his SR. Scammer tag because in the past, his account was hacked. You can read more about it here: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198075584386.45358/ Disclaimer: I am not justifying my actions. Trading with a scammer is trading with a scammer, no matter how you put it. I'm merely drawing attention to Cillit Bang's appeal.
I'm not sure who to contact about this, but I am currently banned on TF2 Outpost. Regen/Nyaagen posted a SteamREP link on my ban reason, which has led people to believe I'm a marked scammer. Also my backpack/profile is not private anymore, so I'd appreciate if these two things could be fixed in the ban reason. I don't know if this has bearing on the issue or not, but if I'm not marked here, shouldn't I be unbanned? According to the SR rules I will get a Caution from this, (believe me, in the future I wont give you reason to mark me as a SR Scammer) so shouldn't I be unbanned? Again I'm not sure who I should be speaking to this, but I'd appreciate any help. Thanks so much for your time! Sincerely, Zero
You are banned from outpost for the private backpack and this thread is listed as another offense. If you wish to appeal your ban there then do so.
I warned you previously back in April for trading with scammers, and then I was lenient as it was your first time and you unknowingly did it. This time you were fully aware that you should check SR when doing high-value trades. I'm going to have to put a caution tag on you, and I'll make it a TF2OP CAUTION as both instances happened there. You should be able to appeal there in 3-6 months as long as you are clean, or you can appeal instantly if you feel your tag is unjust. This won't bar you from trading from most places (unless you have a private profile again).
