He bought Dragonclaw Hook from me and another guy on 13 Sept 2013 , and 3 weeks later today, he opens a claim dispute on paypal asking for the money back. I contacted him and he pretended he got his paypal account hacked. But who on earth hacks a paypal and opens a dispute for a 3-4 weeks transaction? I gave him a few hours to cancel the dispute but he's pretending it's raining.

Hello, would you happen to have screenshots of him claiming that he was hacked and/or screenshots of the original agreement?

I attached the screenshot of him claming his paypal was hacked , but he's lying. He changed his steam user details , removed his real name and the country location. And althought I warned him this morning I would report him here on steamrep and I'll follow him on every forum , he updated one of his trade topics in dota2lounge without a care in the world 1 hour ago. Check his steam now , you will see he no longer has the name and the country. He removed them today after I took these screenshots this morning. And no I don't have a screenshot of the original conversation because it was too long and the guy was trustworthy , everything went fine till today when he chargebacked.

Here's another chargeback made by the scammer.

Just found out today that 24 minutes before he filed the chargeback , it seems he got chargebacked by someone else as well , so he thought it would be smart to do the same thing to someone else , lol.....
