Informations:

This guy is trying to scam people and say he is Electric_Overlord.
He is insult his Steam Friends while they think Electric did it.
He blocked Electric as he wanted to speak to him .
We also reported him to Steam but still no response.
Please help us . Thanks

LightningD00d when you kept swearing at me after I asked you to change back and stop impersonating me I got the message. I'm not forgiving you just like that. You even harassed my friends, as shown in the screenshots above. -_-

He seems to be trolling here all the way, do you have evidence he impersonated with malicious intent to scam?

Well, his previous names all of which, up until now where the same as mine. I told him he would get banned so he decided to change it. The avatar of mine was copied, and the description which he changed not too long ago is just like mine in format, but changed. Only decided to change it slightly after telling him about the report.
Blocked him on Steam, asked him on Skype to change it:
[18:02:39] Conner Danger Dickens: i will change it back now
[18:02:49] Sibgat Sohail: Okay, do so.
[18:03:06] Conner Danger Dickens: just give me a few minutes
Hasn't changed it back to what he had it as before.
And the scam as shown in the screenshots, spamming the chat asking for hats and swearing constantly, to my friends who, confused as to why I have '2 accounts' almost believed it.

Copying my name, desc., and avatar along with adding my friends to 'joke around' = Tell them to f✿✿✿ off and give you hats. Well done, ✿✿✿✿✿✿.
If it was just all a joke, change everything back to how you had it before impersonating me. While you do that, why don't you tell me to 'f✿✿✿ off' then remove me just like before. -_- Idiot. You need to get banned.

I don't see any obvious scamming attempt regarding this report. However, if you feel like this user is harassing you and others, I would encourage you to write a report to valve based on his or her behavior.
