So, a while back, he gave me the offer to upgrade my account to the donator rank for life for 1 key. I accepted it, seeing how reputable the site was. However, he reneged this promise and now demands even more money to keep the rank he promised me. I don't see how this is any different than someone not giving you the item they said they would.

I payed it to one of the Outpost bots. I received the service I payed for as soon as I donated, but it was later revoked.

The service I payed for was the green donator rank, which entails auto trade bumping every 2 hours and I believe an additional 10 or 15 trade slots.

There are announcements on outpost. You should read them.
I dont have authority here but someone that does might consider this a troll report and you could possibly be marked.

Where exactly was it not promised forever? It says "A donation of x will get you" - it doesn't say anything about time. My donation of $1.50 is not getting me what it promised there.

I donated $5, and where is my donator rank? Where are my extra trade slots? I currently have more than it says here, but in 176 days, I'll have none of it.

I am not handling this case as I must recuse myself, but I would like to point out two things:
1. Donator rank did not have any length of time, as proven by others in this thread. SteamRep's donation, for instance, only lasts for a year.
2. As per our FAQ, SteamRep does not deal with donation disputes for servers/sites

Also, I think this is quite interesting:

In addition to having more perks than it said previously, you do have Premium as well as extra trade slots. So essentially your complaint is that your donator status, which you mistakenly assumed to last for the rest of your natural life, will eventually go away. If that is the case and you are reporting Sneeza for your Premium status going away, then you need to add me to this list as well because as a TF2OP admin I gave my input on how long Premium status should last for former donators. So if you are going to fly off the handle and get angry at someone, get angry at me.

Once again, I am NOT handling this case. If, however, you would like to exchange my name for Sneeza's because I advised the length of time for Premium status, I will be more than happy to edit your post for you.

No intent here, you donated, not paid for a service. The perks you got were a bonus to encourage users to donate. The announcement of the donation change was made in a valid way and donators were given a fair exchange in lieu of the amount they donated.
