    Description: He was previously cautioned for trading with a Scammer. There were previous instances of him trading with people marked for scamming. That is how he has received his Caution Tag.

    Yes I was cautioned for trading with Cuddletime as I didnt know he was marked but this above incident was back in March. I can control whom I trade with in the future but I can't change the past unfortunately.

    Oatmeal, I added you. I'd like to understand the circumstances. I don't understand why someone who has been warned so many times would stop being careful, so I need you to explain the situation.

    This person's trades with scammers all happened before he was warned about trading with scammers. If anyone has evidence that he has traded with a scammer SINCE receiving his ban on TF2OP and CAUTION, please contact me directly. Post on my profile mentioning Oatmeal or send me a PM here.

    Our policy is:
    • Unknowingly trading with a scammer for items: final warning before a CAUTION tag.
    • First offense after that warning results in a CAUTION for items.
    • Second offense after CAUTION results in a SCAMMER tag.
    • For non-cash trades, the clock starts ticking after the first warning which he received via a straight-out ban on TF2OP.

    Until I learn more from TF2OP, I have to assume In my opinion, the TF2OP CAUTION is actually his first official warning not to trade with scammers. I can find no evidence that he was warned beforehand. (In theory it should be temporary but I need to find out more.)

    Since the reported incident above happened BEFORE that warning then I'm going to reject this report. If he was unaware that the person was a scammer, then item trades prior to his warning does not count against him for further punishments. Based on the feedback he provided, I don't currently have reason to doubt he was unaware.

    I've had a long talk with The Oatmeal and he has been fully warned beyond any shadow of a doubt not to trade with scammers on his main account or any alternate accounts.
