description: Lapich first added me to buy 80 keys for $150 via paypal. and then we agreed with the rules and so on. Apparently Lapich is not primary account, and he wanted me to transfer the keys to his primary account which is maestro / SWAGGAFOX. the note he provided in paypal payment is maestro / SWAGGAFOX steam id64. he went first with the payment and i rechecked the note with steamrep and seems legit. so i carried on and give the keys via trade to maestro / SWAGGAFOX. a couple hours later, i got an e-mail which told me that a payment has been held. and its payment from maestro / SWAGGAFOX. i already tried to contact maestro / SWAGGAFOX but still no response till i write this application. below is some proof needed to process the application. i can give more proof if needed.

i'm sorry but i see you're not an admin or a steamrep staff, so i'll keep bumping as long as i don't break any rules here (no rules about bumping as long as i can see, unless you can show me and i'll stop bumping)
