Added me, trying to buy few Buds, sending me link to rep page on fake SOP page.

I just got scammed by the same user for $120, currently writing my own report.

I am quite sure he's on adding spree, so yeah, hopefully people will see this now and no one will get scammed anymore

The history of his other unusual is also from a paypal scammer, I assume it's his alt.

Yes, most likely, he used link to same site, so I'd presume they're somehow linked for sure, it can't be coicidence.
