Invalid Re-Appeal Ban on nSania

I am banned from all trading websites, and frankly i don't know why.
Someone once asked me if i gave a friend of mine whom i traded with steamrep and i said i did, then he asked for all kinds of evidence of us trading, it was about a year after i had done the trade or so, so i didn't have any pictures to prove it, so the guy proceeded to ban me because i didn't have proof that i had traded with my friend over a year earlier.

I find it abusive that i get banned for giving a friend steamrep without having a picture of the trade we did.

I got a deny on the first appeal as it was handled by the same guy that banned me in the first place and therefore i ask that another admin handles the case.

And if i don't get unbanned, please give me a legitimate reason that isnt "you couldn't prove that you traded with a friend about 1.5 years ago and later on gave him steamrep"

YATO handled my first appeal and banned me in the first place, he asked for a photo of my trade and when i told him i didn't have one he logged off without asking for more and then he banned me.
With all due respect i do find that a bit weird and a bit abusive.

As it states here: http://forums.steamrep.com/pages/faq/ you get one appeal. According to your rejected appeal, you were unable to provide evidence, therefore prompting the rejection.
You only get one appeal.

But it was a biased appeal, the main case wasn't even about me but about a friend of mine, when my friend first appealed for his ban stating that he in fact didn't know that he had broken a rule and that they could actually remove his 1 +rep he had gotten from me after a trade he got shot down, but the admin didn't even listen to anything he said. It didn't matter what he said, the admins biased opinion was both rude and unfair, unfortunately it was the same admin that chose to ban me.
It is unfair that a trial that's over a year old should be brought up and suddenly get me banned because i did something and i didn't take a screenshot of the trade, they said we couldn't prove it, well the actual law states that you are innocent until proven guilty, i have not been proven guilty nor have i been through a fair trial.
Therefore i re-appeal

It also states in the FAQ that fraud and scamming is what gets you banned, i did neither of those things and yet i'm still banned

It also states in the FAQ that

• New traders: New traders who are unaware of SteamRep will not receive penalties to their reputations, but will receive a one-time warning.
  

I was at the time a new trader, i did receive the hardest punishment of all and i did NOT get a warning

Oh yeah, and i have just found actual evidence of there being a trade, but it wasn't from the actual trading account but one of his other accounts "Zemauss" which is also spoken about in the main persons thread located here

you were banned for fake rep, a rule that SourceOp is very, very strict about. Your appeal was denied because you failed to provide evidence that the trade DID happen when you were asked to by YATO.

I did not know that items gifted actually has the other players tag on me, i found out earlier today and i have provided a picture proving that a trade actually did happen.
