Because you omitted the part of the conversation where I tell you that you were wrong about your assumptions.

Then, how did it come from you? Suttles is on my friends list I know his voice. And you're the one who said it. Not suttles. He was not even in the game.

First of all. You already look bad.

You thretened to get FredBread banned instantly after T-virus was marked as a scammer.
You made your "brother" use fredbread's name too. You must have told him to do it, why would he do it on his own?

Does that change the fact you changed your name as mine and made someone else have the same avatar and name as me to give me a bad name? I understand my wrongs but it doesn't matter about the topic we are having now.

I made this clear to Fredbread last night, I don't know why he forgot everything that I said. Anyone can use any name on Steam without compunction, same with avatars.
You don't own either.
Impersonation is when someone deliberately tries to appear as another person to either:

A. harm that uses reputation
B. use that user's reputation to facilitate a scam

Knowing that:

A: Acesgamer did this "impersonation" in the presence of a multitude of admins
B: all the admins knew that he was acesgamer, and it was a joke
C: no one can provide evidence of a scam taking place during this time

I'm declining this report.

This is very immature on the part of AceGamer - but not a scam.

It is the choice of the communities to ban. SR has no control over that, and a personal attack is not a bannable offense.

The justification that because there were admins around makes it okay does not fly. Admins should be held to a higher level of standards and conduct.

This is quite possibly what happened here, though you present no strong proof for it.
