This happened on March the 1st 2012

A long time ago i got reported by a fella called melting pot of spoodge (details below)

he thought that i was scamming him with a link and thought it was me. Its fair that he reported me but, im really angry and feed up with how i am being treated because i have been marked as a scammer and how i get kicked off servers because of this situation
below i will show and tell you what "really" happened. This happened when i signed up for a link that offered free games i thought it was legit and followed it but all my sensitive information and i thought i was getting modern warfare 2 the next day for free,But it turned out instead my account was hijacked/stolen.



^This picture above me shows the changes that someone or some thing made to my account when my account got hijacked/stolen. As soon as i got this message i asked my friends and started to panic that something was going to happened to my rep and also to my tf2 items which i dearly love. They said to sign up for steam support and tell them your situation,So i followed there advice and did that
At this point i was very worried it had been a week since i spoke to steam support and hadn't got a reply and was also the day i got reported by melting pot of spoodge i was worried that my account was going to get V.A.C banned or worse or my items were going to get sold for money at that time i had a sunbeams rather festive tree and a maxs but now i no longer have as you can see its not in my bp anymore. if more information is needed please add me or contact me through steam by leaving a comment on my steam profile. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198045557593

This was the link i clicked to get the free games it is currently locked or down for some reason, This is the reason i got locked out of my account.

OK, here I am my name is rocket man, I am close mates with anonymous and iv'e come to appeal that I was the one who sent anonymous the hacked link, the story goes that I was sent the link first, I was both scared and puzzled at the same at what was going on and what this meant because it was like when you log into the steam community screen but it offered games to those who logged in (obviously you didn't get it it was a scam) anyway I was puzzled and as I did so I asked anonymous for some wisdom to what I would do next he tried to log it and the site was successful in hacking his account and senting link I to was sent links a lot with the melting spoodge, I hope it helps and if so it was my fault I will take the punishment and thank you in advance and hope I helped

I have communicated to Helen an ALT Account used by ZzAnOnYmOuSzZ and banned it as per normal practice until this matter is resolved.

I am unable to comment on the veracity on the incident in question, however I will say this; ZzAnOnYmOuSzZ appears to rather naive, since he mentioned this SR incident in public on a trade server, and the fact he was now on an ALT, and was very surprised when I informed him I would be forced to ban it out pending investigation.

In the absence of a Steam Ticket re the "hacking" I cannot comment as I stated, if asked for my gut reaction, I would perhaps err on the side of him being genuine, at least that is my instinct based on his reaction to me mentioning an ALT of an SR TAGGED account must be acted upon by me.

I have no idea if my opinion of the matter has any merit in terms of SR investigations, and I do not know this gentleman well enough to vouch for him in any way, I simply state I am open to the idea he might possibly be telling the truth.

Venganza is right an has a right to banned me but there is no rule stating that i cannot have a another alt account while im a scammer this is why i am so angry beacause i spent 20 bucks on my alt account. I also wanted like to point out that my alt account is banned from outpost for this reason. I wanted to ask sincerly how long it will take to get banned and how much more evidence i need to prove my case

Hi, I am not going to expedite this appeal yet.

However, if you can provide a screen shot of Steam confirming your account was compromised - as they usually do in situations like this - I will expedite this appeal. I see you did contact Steam Support and they were asking for you to verify account information.

Please screen shot the conversation that occurred AFTER they requested information and REDACT any and all game codes, credit card numbers, or billing addresses or any other personal information from the screen shot using a black paintbrush in a photo editing program. In other words, DO NOT SEND ME PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Once redacted, send me a private forum message with the image attached. If you do this and it shows your account was compromised, I will expedite your appeal.

Oh yes there is. Any account fully tagged, will be banned by my network (Gamers UN) and any other if a person uses any ALT whatsoever. A tag applies to the user and not the account.

I suggest you be patient and Scalia suggested, and provide any and all evidence you feel it pertinent to this matter.

Steam Support tickets checked out, removing the mark as the account was hijacked.
