He unblocked me, we sorted it out.
We saw the saved saved convos and he confirmed that it was in a not-serious manner.
Furthermore, the message i sent him saying "i was trolling" may not have been viewed by him as he went offline without seeing it. I didn't check the time he went offline yesterday, which I should've done.
If all the above are true, he should be posting a message to confirm it.

I might foward this to my friend at VALVe for further investigation. If they find something suspicious at the time you had the ADMIN or Steam in nickname mostly about trade they might lock it. And you wonder why you had to had a 5 to Steam to display midly display Steam? VALVe have this filter exactly for this.
