HOW CAN YOU GUYS ENDURE THIS SITE? - TF2R

Ok so I reported a raffle for having someone use the term "jew" to refer to cheap people. He basically said something along the lines of "I wont be a jew and try to make money on this so I am just posting this for you to win" (not exact words, cant look it up now cuz im banned). I put down in the report description that they were being racist. In return I got banned with this screen cap:

Can someone PLEASE explain to me why they are supported in steamrep. I believe that being that ignorant and not penalizing racism and in return banning people who report racism should disqualify them from being part of the endorsed sites on this community.

Can someone please comment on this? I am just completely speechless.

Possibly a misunderstanding. Simply add a TF2R admin and explain.

their proces says to appeal on the forum (DO NOT ADD AN ADMIN) is their bold statement. I am going to file an appeal.

UPDATE: filed an appeal here. Would LOVE to see how this ends up
