What happened? Description:

Well this was slightly intricate. Asks to buy a few hats from me and sends payments via a verified paypal.

Little did I know that this "paypal gift" was a fake invoice.

Managed to snatch my blizz bubble pipe but no more.​

Seconding this. He sent me an invoice for the amount of the items, then paid his own invoice. In PayPal, it looks like he sent $X (because he did), but PayPal neglects to tell you that that $X is used to pay the bill he sent you just before. -$X + $X = $0 total. You get nothing, he pays nothing, and then he gets the hat in return.

Here is a screencap of the PayPal statement, where you can see that the amount "paid" is for an "invoice"/bill, and that the net worth of the account does not change or include the amount sent: http://i.imgur.com/2NQKKye.png

Any update? is this not sufficient?

3rding this (if thats even a phrase) I've also been added by this pavol checkhov and was sent an invoice for 245 in an attempt to steal my burning spartan. Luckily I noticed that something was fishy since I was sent an invoice.
