I was trading with someone, paypal for keys. They sent me the money and then I opened a trade with them and sent the 10 keys. Only after do i realize that the keys were sent to the wrong person. I doubt there is a chance that foul play was involved in me sending them to the wrong person, but it was most likely my own carelessness. A little while later I realized what I had done. I was already removed by him and then sent another 10 keys to the person who paid for them (vibe). Since this time I have tried contacting Tulin through outpost, his profile, and joining him on a server. He has just ignored me. I told him multiple times if he did not return the keys I would be filling out this report and here it is. I have never seens a situation like this on steamrep before so I am unsure about to outcome but I feel this guy deserves the tag, or at least a caution. Maybe a steamrep admin could contact him and see if he will return them.

This is a bit of an odd situation really. If you happen to have screenshots of a trade agreement with tulin, please post them. However, if that is not the case, there isn't much that an admin can do, as this individual did not use any deceptive tactic (to my knowledge right now at least) to ascertain the keys.

Ok i tried to "middleman"this situation here by Tomlevine9 request.

At first the guy said he didnt speak english wich was weird since i have traded with him, i made him re-add tom and discuss thing with him , now he just says he deleted the keys (he says "they were duped") and alleges he cant afford to pay them now.
i have also screenshoots of a large chat in portuguese where he claimed he didnt speak english but agrees to pay back tom in a couple weeks, if you need them (and translations) let me know

I dont know why he deleted them, or he may have put them in a private bp. But he clearly was deceptive and had malicious intent here. after to talking to them again he continues to lie, claiming valve was going to ban him because my keys were duped (which they arent)

As it stands right now, there is no Indisputable evidence that a scam took place here. While it may be a dick-ish move that the individual in question deleted the keys, it is not a scam to my knowledge. I will mark this as ready for review and leave this up to an admin for an opinion on what course of action to take.

Well just wanted to add some more to this conversation. The more I think about it, the less plausible it seems he deleted those keys. Most likely moved to a private bp. The admins should double check this but I think he moved his backpack to private and there is a key in there which I dont think he had before our trade.
And as for the accidently sending it to him, while it may have been me being careless, I have made a good amount of keys for paypal trades, and hadnt done that a single time before. But I hope the investigation goes smoothly.

you had a maxs and a bud, those also dissapeared, you could of payed him back, leading me to believe that you took the keys into hiding along with valueble items so you dont have to pay him back, if thats true id say he's trying to get away with scamming levine

Im posting this to let Diego know that he has returned the keys. While it is rediculous that a simple mistake of a mistrade was drawn out into such a biug thing and caused to much frustration, im glad to have them back. and whether the story about him deletnig them is true or not, he doesnt deserve to be marked as he did return them.
