    What happened? Description:
    He's a known seller, my friends have purchased from him in the past months. He sold me 10 keys alright, then when I sent money for 40 more he blocked me on steam.​

    Apparently he said it was due to impersonators, and he had been legit before, he traded via his other accounts listed in his profile.
