What happened? Description:

I was sitting on the GHS unusual trade server, the scammer just won a spy crab for a bubbling snaggletooth and then the victim joined. The victim was displaying his new unusual taunt he just recently unboxed. It was a Ghastly Ghosts Rock Paper Scissors taunt. The scammer then tell the owner that it WAS 3 buds, the scammer is an experience trader and knew it was worth much more. He trades him and gives him a bubbling snuggle, one bud, 15 keys and minor sweets. Then immediately post the item on outpost looking for high offers. Obvious scam/shark because a rare unusual halloween taunt will not be worth 3 buds when the lowest tier effect RPS taunts are going for 3 buds (http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/228934305).​

Yes i was not aware of the scam because i thought it was a good offer

Where did I ever say it was worth 3 buds? I had no idea how much that was worth. As you said, I offered him, wanted an unusual taunt as I had just re-joined tf2 after 4 months. (new player hype xD). He took my offer. I don't see how that's a scam/shark. I put the taunt on outpost for that because one of the admins told me a day later that it was a higher tier taunt then what I had offered him. You can, however, report the user directly to Valve using the Report Violation feature on the other user's profile. To do so:

1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click Submit Report
