I can confirm that the Pinkie in that screenshot is not the actual Pinkie, not only does he not type like that, but his name has been <T.H.M> Pinkie since yesterday due to his group which he created, The Heavy Mob on July 3rd.

(Recheck times on the initital chat log, chat finishes at 17:49, I believe the name was changed from Pinkie to Inferno Pie at 17:51)

I know impersonating is quite a big deal and posting fake evidence to try and secure a previous case is pretty awful.

Ahem. Check the steam id's of the past two owners. You are incorrect.

Name change data isnt always accurate, and its possible the evidence was flopped, but they absolutely DID trade the hearts modest at some point in time.

That's not why I posted this, the reason on posting this stuff is the fact that someone impersonated Pinkie in an attempt for Chrysalis to gain a chatlog on their agreement on the trade.

Just leaving this here. A conversation I had with the alleged scammer.

If you think that this is pretty awful, look in the eyes of a person who you are defending. And i know you helped him with steal since he gave his Cosa to you at the time of steal and then got it back. I would advise you to open up your eyes and look what Pinkie did. He is not cute little white innocent bunny. He scammed everything i had. And he was my best friend for around 9 months. He doesn't deserve any friends after that in my opinion. Thanks for listening.

You are missing the point, did you even read what Joey posted? The times match up perfectly, not to mention that "http://steamcommunity.com/id/ThatInfernoPony" is your alternative account, which makes it even more suspicious. And besides, how do you explain that in your "evidence" the person in question keeps saying you wanted him to broker the hat like you always wanted to make everyone believe it happened, but in the actual evidence provided by "RAYCHARLESWITHNIGHTVISION" he clearly states that he asked for the hat to do particle effect editing. I'd love to hear how you want to explain that.

Youre missing the point. They have both lied about the details of the events, however I have been able to obtain what I believe to be the true series of events. The victim lying to attempt to incriminate the accused is frowned upon, but it doesnt exonerate the accused when I have been able to provide evidence showing that the hat was actually stolen with malice.

To summarize, these two have known eachother for an extended period of time and have recently had a few rifts in their relationship. The accused was bitter about a hat that he had previously gifted the victim in which he gave over a large sum of buds. In light of the recent rift in their friendship, the accused decided to "repay" himself by taking the hearts modest from the victim and selling it off. From the conversation shown, the accused has no remorse for what he has done and knew what he was doing when he accepted the hat to "test out particle effects".

I'm not saying Pinkie is innocent, I was just trying to add evidence, "Chrysalis" impersonated Pinkie to provide fake evidence and isnt this what this whole thread is about?

While his behavior is certainly inane and extremely desperate and deceptive, the qualifications listed on the steamrep FAQ would deem this report invalid. However, I also recognize that there is a bi-line included that allows them to tag to a certain level of subjection. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens. ​

Pinkie gave you Scorching Samur-eye, which was bought for my Modest, to broker, and when you could return the steal you prefered to sell it and give results to scammer. You're not innocent as well.

Pinkie used you to hold his own unusual when he was stealing mine, and i am certain you knew why was you holding it. You helped him anyway. And you too, this doesnt leaves you innocent

And i am going to admit, that chat log was faked with usage of my alternative account. I did it because i was desperate. Just imagine if someone steals your most expensive thing in BP, brags about it and taunts? I just couldnt handle it. Yes, that log was a fake. Yes, i lied. But this doesnt makes me a scammer. I didnt stole anything from anyone, i cant even recieve my stuff back. I am sorry about that, if my word still means anything here. After all, he said the same but using another words in our main chat which lasted for about 5 hours. So this is not even a fake reputation since its his own rephrased words.

Chrysalis, you really REALLY need to stop lying, especially in a case, it just makes every single one of your arguments invalid. I haven't seen one example in these threads where you haven't lied or went back on your initial word.
You know for a fact impersonation of another person is very serious and the proof I've posted shows your alt did indeed take on the name AND the photo badge was traded back a whole day before that chat.
After all, you're the supposed "victim" in all this, why lie, or is it just in your nature?

I also notice you're keeping your friend Illusion out of this who bought your modest originally, why's that again?
If a very close friend asks you to hold onto some items would you refuse? I don't think so.
If you've been lending unusuals to that friend so he can test his particles on them would you have any quarrel looking after their things? No.
If he then later asks you to continually join servers to test different particles on his cosa, would you have any suspicions regarding his behaviour? Not at all.

I assume you would go very sad and desperate, would want to return stuff (He didnt wanted to return me even 2 buds from 18 stolen), and when he wouldnt do it, try to revenge.

The annoying thing is you first accuse more people with little to no evidence to back it up, who expose your lies, and then continue to insult them.

The fact of the matter is that you lied to steamrep about a scammer case, when the truth would have been the simpler route and you impersonated another person to gain evidence for that case.
Yes Pinkie scammed you, and he's been tagged and trade banned for that now but you used deception and impersonation to gain your evidence, breaking steamrep rules there.

I wouldnt say i blackmailed him. You see, he promised to give me 2 buds, but then backed away. And i wanted to get at least what he promised. But no, he lied to me, saved one bud for himself and i got only one. I wasnt blackmailing him, would you call asking you own house back blackmailing?
Not much to say, but i am genuinely sorry about that. I was desperate, sad, almost crying. I wanted to do everything i only can to revenge, and then Renair advises me to say he brokered for me. And.... sometimes people gives us bad advises.

I don't know the whole story, nor do I particularly want to, for personal reasons which I would not like to divulge here I was online very little during those days and have a very short mobile chat log between me and pinkie on July 1st where I tell him I still can't give him his stuff back, he's lucky he got his unusual back on the 2nd.
What I meant by the point earlier about Illusion buying your modest, I guess he had no idea, so do you have any proof that kirby knew the hat he was brokering for was scammed?
