What happened? Description:

He added me from a reddit thread wanting to sell me keys.
We chatted for a while, then i sent him money.
Bought 120 Keys (Bulk) for $1.70 each as he claims he going to buy it through steam wallet since he was looking to cash out. After payment was sent he tried to send a trade offer of 40 keys then he complained he was lagging and needs to restart and never came back on. Blocked me right after and transferred his item to another profile most likely.
I never got my items so please beware of this fraud.

Payment was sent to his paypal: [email protected] (John Carter) Transaction Id: 2BJ95517SD3814248 for $204.00 not including fees that i covered (total $210.22)

I am one of the other guys he scammed. I saw another guy on reddit getting scammed by the exact same dude. Reddit Thread | My thread

The thing is, he (luckily only) scammed me for 15k BUT i sent the money to a different Paypal. Screenshot

Please get this guy off the market pretty fast.

Yeah it sucks. Hopefully they take care of this scammer. Good luck and hopefully you can resolve your issue as I feel I just wasted a lot of time with dealing with this.

Scammer's main account is the Shreking Kids becareful everyone! Stay away from this kid. Going to ask you if you want to buy keys, then ask you for money and he only has 30-40 keys in his inventory. Will state that he wants to use steam wallet cash to buy and then take your money , bounce, and transfer all items to his extra accounts. Pattywagon is his "extra" account/friend and they're just comenting on each other with no rep. STAY AWAY.

its because steamrep is understaffed and refuses to take on new help to the team. its a shame really
