Steamrep admin, this guy was making me bribe him to take the post down. i'm sure that is illegal on this forums. i gave him more than he gave me.
then i proceded and gave him 2 keys.

Mark him as a scammer, doesn't matter if he gave me keys back he is a scammer he forged a transaction page and lied about giving me money.

If that was so, you would have the chat saved and reported here. But you didn't. And its not uncommon that the scammers overpay their debts when they repay. Only admins have the power to close the report, and my offer to get clean or caution tag was AFTER the repayment was done. So unless you have the chat screenshots, I can't take it serious. His reaction to these actions of yours was this:
