    What happened? Description:
    I sold him 10 keys for ~$19 USD through paypal. He paid me, I gave him the keys, and his immediately removed me. Now the paypal transaction is on hold because he disputed it not having a receipt.​

    UPDATE
    Someone (Duablo) added me and said he had talked to PooKiller (accused) and informed me that PooKiller was sorry, and that he admits to scamming me. He sent me some screenshots of his chat with PooKiller, which I've attached. PooKiller added me and admits to scamming me, said he was sorry and returned my keys (screenshot provided). The paypal funds are still on hold, and I'll refund them if/when they come through.

    Hello @Pazuru,

    Your report was accepted and the accused was banned. As he paid you back very quickly (relative to most reports we get), we can downgrade this ban in 3 months.

    After that time, PooKiller can appeal to have the ban reduced to a CAUTION. (He can send me a conversation on these forums when the appeal is submitted in/after April.)
