What happened? Description:

This scammer wanted to trade steam cash cards for my unusual. He said he was offering $30 in steam cash cards. He kept providing all these "reputable" evidence such as being "a well known tf2 youtube esea/ugc edit professor". Also reputed to own a "an unusual trade server" and "middleman trades for aliving". I don't really care if I get my items back but rather I want to see this scammer get a steam trade ban.​

Provide Evidence:

The first four images show our chat and how "reputable" he is and the intial trade agreement (note the lack of codes). The fifth image shows my unboxing of the Unusual. The sixth shows the scammer verification. The seventh picture shows my trade history.​

At least you weren't stupid enough to actually get scam away your items thankfully. I have learned my lesson at least

Tried to get my unusual too. I have already reported him via steam's report option on steamcommunity.com , but who knows how long it will take to get him banned.

To be honest, I would say that steamcommunity.com will mostlikely not produce any good results but this website would since its in partnership with steam. I say place any evidence of text you have here to support my report and the previous report before.

@DarkJoVo Steamrep is not affiliated with Valve Software in any way, read the text at the very bottom of the website. Steamrep only tags scammers when reports are accepted, and those tags ban the scammers on a multitude of trading websites and servers that utilize the Steamrep API.

@BaconChapstick If he scammed you too, you should submit a separate report rather then posting in another thread.
