SR will commonly mark people without a scam having taken place, only an attempt. All of my reports, including my four accepted reports, are of attempted scams.

SR will never mark someone if enough evidence isn't there. It could be seemingly very obvious that a scam occurred but without screenshots nothing can be done.

SR will often take forever to process reports, so this will stay on his SR profile for 3+ months. Not as nice as getting him red, but yellow is still pretty good.

As it was stated to you previously in this thread, you report does not meet the minimum required evidence to tag the user.
Since soo much time has passed since, I doubt you still have the evidence required and such I'll be closing the report.
