I added him back to tell him that I've reported him on steamrep.(I had already posted the link in his d2l post so he was aware of it.)
Later, he told me this account doesnn't belong to him, he said he bought it from "$LogG3R" because he wanted to boost MMR and then sell it!
I really thought if this isnt $LogG3R then I should remove the scam report,so I asked him if he cld return back the items that I lost.
He said he will repay a bit of my items and "He doesnt want me to remove report".So I thought he is really genuine,but I did find this fishy so I captured the screenshots.

I asked him who he really is, "The scammer" OR "The one who bought the account(which he claims to be)" and he said he had bought this account after the scam was done to me.
He said he didnt inform steam rep about this because you will deny the report if this account had been bought .(check chat "new 3.png")
Now, if he isnt the one who scammed why did he lie to steamrep at 1st place?
Also, he says the alt acc of learning meepo is the account which his friend created using the scammer gmail id and pass..(How the hell is that possible? if he has bought the account. and he has a friend who has an account in his gmail before he even bought this account)
