What happened? Description:

So. It was a normal day of trading. I asked Siminator55, my good friend at the time, if he would like to quickbuy my virtual viewfinder with arcana effect. He said yes, and said he could pay $1500. I went first, as he asked. He never sent me the $1500 he promised. All evidence is below.

I don't want to get too involved, but this accused player has played on my server before, and I had him added at the time.
I talked to him about this, and this is what was said.

Sounds to me like Siminator55 person indeed scammed this fellow, and probably other people as well.

I'll leave it up to SteamRep to decide, but if you ask me. Guilty.

I received some information from the accused in a message, as we are good friends. He did lie to me about winning it on sweetstakes.tf. However, some information he told me after might be slightly relevant to how the victim reacted.

Of course, the victim would have had to prove this.

But I'm honestly just posting this for more information. I'm not really going to take a particular side in this until I get more info from another party. What he is saying may be true, but doesn't mean it's necessarily right to do it.

Correction: the accused is apparently friends with the user and says everything has been worked out. Will attempt to get accused to post/provide evidence.

The accused is now saying that payment will be done. Information will be updated when payment goes through.

Siminator tried to bribe me to remove report said "i'll give u a low tier unusual if u remove it" pity.

Immediate bribe. Stalled me for 4 months bribing me with a knife. Finally did something I am happy with, and thats putting a -rep on his profile.

Finally admitting the deed.

Not trying to do any SteamRep staff's work here, but this scammer NEEDS to be marked at least until we get more info from him, or more evidence shows up. Because as of right now, he's still running about, trying to steal/cheat/scam other players.

Steamrep takes time for Reports. Its kinda funny tbh since there are even MARKED Scammers on AwesomeX server playing and hes banning me. whatever lol.

and aslong as i see it in the report there is no proof of me scamming, just him giving me something, thats it :^P

If you didn't scam, please upload proof of it. Screenshot of trade history, screenshot of your chat with him, screenshot of your paypal history, all uncropped w/ url bars.

Everyone is entitled to comment on a report. Lol. Thats why its called "forums"

I'm not an SR staff member, but I believe you'll need to upload your evidence directly to SteamRep using the "Upload a File" option in a reply to the thread, rather than using links to a third-party site.

I know that you are allowed to Comment on my Report, but its pretty weird, the report has 12 Comments now, none of them has Proof or shows anything, its just people saying im a bad bad scammer. And I think that you shouldnt Comment on a Report when it doesnt have ANY Proof at all, it just wastes the time of the

I see almost every person in here either providing evidence or asking you to provide evidence. You're the only one here who is spouting words without any actual proof to back it up.
