What happened? Description:

I don't know who is this, He just added me and said me he can boost me ranks (Like in the picture) But i said "Nope", he said "k" and i said "Maybe yes" and he said "yes or no" , and i asked him "You want to scam me? How you will boost me ranks?" And he said "You play with me" I didn't answer and he said "Ok you don't want remove me ;p" I said "Oh i think you want my pass" he said "No" And i asked what skins he want and he said "You have just candy glock"
And i said him "Ok but, Please help me to nova 1 i will give u the skin and we will continue?"
FiLE didn't wanted it, He wanted i will give him first and he said he have rep and i said "Ok but please don't try scam i reported already for one" He said "Ok" I sent a trade and i asked what rank he will boost me , And boom! Offline​

well.. for one.. boosting is against TOS so you don't even have a right to complain about people being dishonest.....

Buying items with paypal is against steam's TOS and this entire site was created to stop those scammers.

Yes. Steam chooses to ignore it. They don't support it.

User just attempted to scam me. Usual idiocy of trying to use profile comments & a youtube page to force me to go first. Not enough for its own report, but not someone I would trust, ever.
