What happened? Description:

McLovin, who stated that he had been scammed and cashed out from tf2 made outpost trades and said that he was going back into tf2, by buying tf2 items with paypal money. He added me saying that he was very interested in my morning glory pullover. He said he would pay (as his first offer) $1200 usd. I told him it was too low, and we went back and forth until we both agreed on $1850 usd. I sent him the hat, told him my email, then he blocks me, and runs off.​

It seems he has scammed multiple people just now.​

yup same has happened to me.
In my case was it a PE KE.

It would help your case if you could upload uncropped screenshots of your entire chat with accused, to see what was your agreement with him/her, and your trade history.

Almost caught me with it! Claimed was hijacked

Interesting. However, the claim to have been hijacked seems like a pretty obvious bluff.

He was also on the lookout for aussy weapons, and i had a aussy sticky, so i said "lets trade the aussy sticky first to establish some trust before we trade the bomber"
he said no, lets add it to the bomber trade. I said sorry, lets develop some trust first. He still wouldn't do the sticky separately which was a huge red flag. So i called him out being a scammer and he signed off and blocked me promptly.

I got scammed aswell. I checked his Rep and everything and felt really comfortable going first due to his enormous amount of Rep. However, I was wrong to trust him. He stole my Cloudy Moon Charmer's Chapeau and my Sunbeams Trophy Belt (Evidence of the Deal added). And there are the links to the hats, I still appear in the history because it seems that he moved those hats to a private account or something:
I also wrote the Steam Support and send them all details including a link to this Steam Rep thread. Atleast I hope that they will help...
