What happened? Description:

this guy abusing my reputation w/out reason. they offer my item and i said low. after that i got -rep. i ask him why -rep. he block me. i post msg also in here steam profile after 1 post private again i cant post now and my post msg is gone also. im sury if my english is bad​

why u block me after i ask u why u -rep me? i ask u why u -rep me for no reason. after that u block me. so many idiot in dota2lounge buying rep and abuse other low reputation.

There's a huge difference in 'abusing' regarding negative reputation given/receiving and 'scamming'. I don't see a scam, at all. If one is 'abusing' / giving negative rep for no good reason on a specific site, then let the site owner know but please don't make reports regarding negative rep (without scamming involved) on SteamREP. Thank you.
